In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP HCM solutions.YOUR TASKS:You will design and implement the SAP HCM solution in close coordination with process owners, implementation partners and IT providers and continuously improve the solution after implementationIn an agile working environment, you will support Nordex in overcoming future challenges in HCM on premise, H4S4 and SuccessFactors by designing end-to-end processesDepending on your previous knowledge, you will lead projects or workstreams, coordinate and manage our external implementation partners and our internal stakeholdersWith our support, you can continuously expand your industry, technical and SAP knowledgeYOUR PROFILE:Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable. For foreign qualifications,



recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is required when applying.5+ years of experience as an SAP-HCM consultant.
