Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical and functional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.

- Collaborate with international teams to share best practices and optimize support workflows for German-speaking markets.

- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is strictly required for this position.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in this jurisdiction).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ideally developed within the Customer Support Services industry.
