In this field-based MSL role, you will establish trusted scientific partnerships with clinicians, investigators, and key opinion leaders to advance medical education and evidence generation in neuroscience and psychiatry. You will serve as the primary scientific interface, deliver compliant scientific exchanges, and support clinical research activities across international markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive medical objectives and leverage real-world data and digital engagement to enhance patient care while upholding ethics and pharmacovigilance standards. • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, investigators, patient groups, medical societies, and stakeholders in neuroscience and psychiatry.
• Deliver accurate, balanced,



and compliant scientific exchanges on disease management and emerging data.
• Identify insights and unmet needs in the local medical landscape to inform strategy.
• Support clinical research through investigator engagement, site identification, feasibility, and patient recruitment.
• Facilitate evidence generation via collaboration with investigators for investigator-sponsored and company-sponsored studies.
• Develop and execute territory medical engagement plans aligned with regional/global objectives.
• Gather and communicate actionable medical insights to support strategic planning.
• Support advisory boards, medical education programs, and congress activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Market Access, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Commercial).
• Ensure activities comply with regulations, compliance, pharmacovigilance standards, and ethics.
