What are we looking for?
We are looking for fa highly skilled Technical Lead to build and scale cloud-native backend systems on Azure. This role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and innovation in Generative AI to deliver high-impact solutions for global clients.
The idóneo candidate is a proactive leader who can balance deep technical expertise with team leadership, drive architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale applications. La experiencia que se espera de los solicitantes,

Define application architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to development teams.
Drive technical decision-making aligned with business objectives.
Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Develop integrations using REST APIs, Azure Integration Services, and Event-Driven Architectures
Support CI/CD implementation and automation initiatives.
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, project managers, QA teams, and global delivery teams. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and cost-effective
What do we need?
8–12 years in core software development, distributed systems, or large-scale platform engineering - including strong Python and Nodejs expertise.
