This position reports to: Marketing & Sales Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Work model: #LI-hybrid
- Developing and executing account plans for strategic end-user accounts, identifying growth opportunities and tracking progress to maximize business development.
- Prioritizing customer visits as the primary commercial activity, building presence and trust with key end users and strategic accounts.
- Growing the portfolio mix by promoting the full range of Medium & Low Voltage services including maintenance, upgrades, retrofits, and value‑added solutions.
- Becoming a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their operations, anticipating their needs, and delivering tailored service solutions that create long‑term value.
- Developing and growing business penetrating into the Installed Base, promoting Medium & Low Voltage service like maintenance,



upgrades, retrofits, and value‑add solutions to the benefit of the customers and ABB.
- Meeting / Exceeding established Financial KPIs.
- Generating service sales leads and developing new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information and through identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios and using CRM (Salesforce).
- Building long‑term business relationships with existing and new customers.

Qualifications for the Role

You have an engineering degree in Electrical engineering or similar.

At least 5 years of experience in the electrical segment, MV & LV service.

Experience in Salesforce, med
