Job Title: Production Supervisor
The Impact You'll Make As our ProductionSupervisor , you’ll play a key role in leading manufacturing operations that deliver quality products safely, efficiently, and on time. By empowering frontline teams and driving operational excellence, you’ll help ensure we consistently meet customer expectations while supporting business growth and continuous improvement.
You’ll help create a high-performing manufacturing environment by improving productivity, enhancing employee engagement, optimizing operational performance, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability. You’ll collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams while taking ownership of people, processes, and performance metrics that move us toward a more innovative, efficient, and sustainable future.
Lead manufacturing teams to achieve production goals while delivering strong performance in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee engagement.
Coach, develop,



and support team members to enhance skills, build flexibility, and strengthen overall team performance.
Monitor operational KPIs, conduct process checks, and ensure adherence to standard work practices and performance expectations.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, safety, and positive employee relations across all shifts and operations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and developing manufacturing or operations teams.
Availability to work rotating shifts in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Safety, SPC, Continuous Improvement, and Quality Management principles.
