As a Senior APS Consultant at IDOM, you will lead advanced planning initiatives for industrial environments and design APS solutions with a focus on Siemens Opcenter APS. You will model resources, constraints, and sequencing while integrating APS with ERP (preferably SAP) and MES platforms. You’ll drive digital transformation projects from requirements through deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful delivery. This is a growth-focused role in a multinational, collaborative setting with a clear path toward partnership and impact in complex manufacturing contexts.

Responsabilidades

Analyze and define advanced planning processes in industrial environments




Design and implement APS solutions emphasizing Siemens Opcenter APS (Preactor)
Model production resources, finite-capacity constraints, calendars, materials, and sequencing rules
Integrate APS solutions with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MES platforms
Participate in industrial digital transformation projects from requirements through deployment and go-live
Collaborate with planning, operations, production, and IT stakeholders to ensure project success
Support scenario simulations, capacity optimization, and continuous improvement of planning processes

Requisitos principales

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience implementing or consulting on APS solutions
Hands-on experience with xqbhyrx Siemens Opcenter APS (Preactor) or similar platforms (Delmia Ortems, Aspro
