In this role, you will own the end-to-end UX and UI design for digital products, applying Lean UX to deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data/AI and business teams to define problems, test hypotheses, and ship user-centric solutions. You’ll design for both human and AI/Synthetic users, iterating with data and research. This senior path offers ownership, mentoring, and influence beyond your product area.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own end-to-end UX/UI design from discovery to delivery for selected products
• Apply Lean UX with iterative, lightweight artefacts
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data/AI and Business to define problems, hypotheses, and success metrics
• Design user journeys, flows and interactions across web, app and tools
• Create wireframes, concepts and prototypes; deliver UI aligned with brand, design system and accessibility




• Use AI-assisted tools for ideation, variants, UX copy, localisation and research synthesis
• Design AI/data-enabled features with transparency, user control and trust
• Analyze quantitative data and plan/run user tests; integrate feedback into iterations
• Contribute to and evolve design system, patterns and guidelines for consistency
• Senior level: facilitate workshops, provide coaching, influence beyond own area
• Senior level: mentor other designers and improve UX practices across teams

Responsabilidades
• Several years of UX/UI design experience for digital products in agile environments
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design and complex flows
• Proficiency with Lean UX and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with modern design/prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, Axure, Framer, Principle or similar
• Strong data mindset: interpreting quantitative data, planning/evaluating test
