In this role you will lead the procurement strategy for next-generation composite materials within a cross-functional Airbus team. You will coordinate cross-divisional efforts, drive tender activities, and establish contractual frameworks with external suppliers. Your work will secure supplier performance, manage risks, and support material trade-offs for ambitious programs. This is a strategic, collaborative role with a strong impact on future aircraft platforms and supplier ecosystems.

Responsabilidades
- Lead creation and execution of the Composites Procurement Strategy aligned with the Next Gen Programme Strategy
- Coordinate Procurement involvement for Next Generation Composite Materials and oversee Call for Tender activities with cross-divisional teams




- Establish and maintain contractual frameworks (NDAs, Cooperation, and Research Agreements) with external suppliers
- Monitor supplier involvement, performance, and adherence to milestones, planning, and material deliveries for trials
- Contribute to material trade-offs by evaluating cost, industrial capability, and sovereignty; drive Risk & Opportunity Management
- Consolidate inputs and present to higher management at key decision-making forums and Programme gates

Requisitos principales
- Degree in Engineering, Science (Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, etc.), or xqbhyrx Business Administration
- Proven experience in Procurement with international suppliers, key contracts, and competitive bidding
- Functional leadership, excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
- Advanced/Fluent English (C1/C2)
- Strong understanding of procurement frameworks, risk management, and strategic sourcing pro
