About the role

We are looking for a Tendering Engineer to join our Services team in Algete, Madrid. This role is a great opportunity for a technically minded and commercially aware professional who enjoys working in a dynamic international environment and making a direct impact on business performance.
As part of our aftermarket and service organization, you will play a key role in preparing and managing quotations for spare parts, duplicate pumps, maintenance solutions, and other service-related opportunities. Working closely with colleagues across South Europe, North Africa, and other Sulzer entities worldwide, you will help deliver accurate and competitive proposals that support our customers' operational needs.

and help shape future business processes within a global engineering organization.What you will do:
- Prepare commercial and technical quotations for spare parts, duplicate pumps, and maintenance solutions.
- Analyze customer specifications and technical requirements to develop competitive proposals.
- Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers, manufacturers, and other Sulzer entities.
- Create, manage, and maintain quotations in SAP and other internal systems.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Operations, Engineering, and other key stakeholders.
- Review technical configurations and ensure quotation accuracy and completeness.
- Support sales teams and customers throughout the quotation and proposal process.
- Review and validate incoming orders before handover to the execution teams.
- Support forecasting activities and quotation-related reporting.
- Contribute to SAP Hana implementation and process
