Overview In this role you will lead a site’s operations to meet customer demand with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity. You’ll drive improvements across shifts, standardise practices with senior colleagues, and mentor new managers. The position sits at the heart of Amazon Logistics’ last-mile ecosystem, tackling process improvements and contingency tasks at pace. You will help scale safe, efficient operations that enhance the delivery experience for customers.

Requisitos principales
Bachelor's degree or Advanced degree
People management experience
Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups
Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions
Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and Spanish
