join our team and help expand our reach in European markets, from
the dynamic heart of southern Spain. What youll do Identify and
pursue new leads and business opportunities in Dutch- and
French-speaking markets generate prospects, engage potential
clients, and contribute to growth initiatives. Communicate
confidently with clients and partners in Dutch, French and English;
prepare proposals, follow up on interest, and maintain professional
relations throughout the sales funnel. Collaborate with internal
teams (sales, marketing, operations) to align outreach strategies,
ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, and coordinate service
delivery. Monitor results and performance metrics, generate reports
on outreach activities, conversion, and pipeline status using data
to support recommendations and continuous improvement. Help refine




and shape business-development processes: contribute ideas to
optimize outreach, client acquisition and retention for the Dutch
and French markets. What were looking for Native or fluent Dutch
and French (C1+), with excellent written and spoken communication
skills; good English to operate in an international environment.
Previous experience in sales, business development, account
management, or client-facing roles ideally in a cross-border or
multilingual context. Strong interpersonal, negotiation and
organisational skills; ability to manage multiple leads/accounts,
follow up consistently, and document interactions carefully.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented able to work
independently and as part of a multicultural team, adapting to
