Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Technician, Data Center to join our Data Center Operations team in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid, Spain.




As part of our critical facility team, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our customers' physical infrastructure running smoothly while maintaining peak environmental and operational standards. You will have the opportunity to directly impact uptime, manage site inventory, and deliver reliable smart-hands support in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Provide smart-hands physical support: Execute server racking, network cabling, hardware installations, and on-site troubleshooting for customer requests.
- Manage daily operational ticket queues: Monitor, resolve, and route service tickets in ServiceNow while maintaining accurate inventory and tracking shipping and receiving tasks.
