Your main priority is to build solid working relationships, maximize product feature adoption, minimize customer churn, and capture expansion opportunities across your assigned accounts.

Act as the main contact person for launching new business clients and creating high-impact PPC campaigns.
- Proactive Client Engagement: Execute ongoing outbound calls across your account base to train users, build trust, and drive client revenue.
- Needs Assessment & Custom Setup: Analyze customer objectives to implement custom, scalable campaign configurations that drive immediate impact.
- CRM & Portfolio Management: Maintain detailed, structured logs of all customer touchpoints within internal CRM platforms.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Review critical ad performance data and supply actionable reporting and campaign advice to client decision-makers.
