The successful candidate will lead the setup of a microbiology workflow from scratch, driving methodology development, validation, implementation, and knowledge transfer within the organization.We are looking for a practical scientist with real laboratory experience, capable of bridging experimental work and data interpretation while ensuring scientific excellence and operational execution.What would your duties be?- Lead the design, implementation, and validation of a new molecular microbiology workflow from the ground up.- Coordinate project activities, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.- Assess existing capabilities, identify gaps,
