The Role

As an AI Customer Support Agent, you will assist users with questions related to AI-powered products and services, providing professional and effective support across different communication channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

What We're Looking For

Fluent English, both written and spoken

Previous experience or knowledge in IT, technical support, technology or AI is highly valued
