Job Summary

Tempur Spain is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office, ensuring a welcoming environment and efficient administrative support.

Job Responsibilities

* Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
* Answer, screen,



and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
* Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry and filing.
* Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
* Support various departments with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional appearance and attitude.
* Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
* Solid organizational skills and ability to multitask.
* Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
