The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Brand & Portfolio Manager to take ownership of our brand and product portfolio strategy across Southern Europe.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who can move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution — shaping how our brands grow across multiple markets, guiding portfolio decisions across the full product lifecycle, and building strong partnerships with commercial, supply chain, and external agency teams. You will translate integral brand direction into regional impact,



championing the specific needs of Southern European consumers and customers while keeping investment and portfolio decisions grounded in commercial performance. What You'll OwnOwn the end-to-end brand and portfolio strategy for Southern Europe, balancing global brand equity with the needs of local markets (Spain, Italy, Portugal, and other Southern European markets as required).Lead portfolio lifecycle decisions — new product launches, renovations, phase-outs, and packaging or format changes — partnering closely with R&D;, supply chain, and regulatory teams. Build and manage the regional marketing investment plan, tracking spends against ROI and reallocating budget toward the highest-impact initiatives.
Direct omnichannel campaign execution — media, digital, social, and influencer — in partnership with external agencies and internal trade marketing and sales teams. Convert market, consumer, and competitor insight into clear strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
