Overview As Marketing Operations Lead, you will own and scale Freightos' martech, ensuring data quality and seamless integration across marketing, sales, and RevOps. You'll design automations, optimize lead management, and provide analytics to drive demand generation and revenue growth. You'll work with cross-functional teams to improve the customer journey and campaign effectiveness, shaping data-driven marketing at scale. Manage and optimize the core martech stack (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Zapier, and analytics tools) to ensure scalability and proper fit
Maintain CRM data quality through segmentation, deduplication, enrichment, data governance, and ongoing optimization
Support campaigns and lifecycle marketing with operational setup and QA of emails, forms, landing pages, lists, workflows, and nurturing programs
Create and maintain dashboards and reports for funnel performance,



campaign effectiveness, attribution, pipeline generation and key KPIs
Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot, Zoho, website, product, and third-party platforms using Zapier, APIs, and webhooks in collaboration with Product, Engineering and RevOps
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation and AI-enabled efficiencies to scale Marketing operations
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product and Engineering to align systems, data, and customer journey
Requisitos principales 5+ years in marketing operations (B2B SaaS preferred)
Extensive HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub, Operations Hub, Workflows, Custom objects, Reporting, Integrations, Automation)
Strong CRM management experience (Zoho CRM preferred)
Experience building integrations with Zapier or similar tools
Experience with lifecycle marketing, lead management, and CRM architecture
