Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute the global Sales & Revenue strategy for all properties
- Scale a centralized commercial organization to support portfolio growth




- Drive revenue performance through sales, distribution and optimization
- Oversee all revenue channels: Integral Sales, MICE, Leisure, Key Accounts, Consortia, Wholesalers, Bedbanks, OTAs
- Lead group-wide Revenue Management: pricing, forecasting and inventory optimization
- Own annual commercial planning, budgeting and forecasting across the portfolio
- Establish commercial standards, KPIs and performance frameworks
- Build relationships with strategic partners and industry stakeholders
- Support commercial readiness for hotel openings, acquisitions and expansion
- Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
