We are seeking a highly motivated Engineering Manager to join our growing
Engineering team, based in Cádiz, Spain. This team is expanding to lead new product development in industrial safety electronics, with a focus on ground fault / residual current monitoring and insulation monitoring. Reporting to the regional Engineering leader,



this role is first and foremost a people-management role: you will lead and develop a small, mixed-seniority team of engineers, while also owning the technical project management needed to deliver electronic product design, development, prototyping, and validation. The individual will be accountable for establishing and driving engineering plans that meet core project KPIs, while developing team capability and performance as the team grows.
The Engineering Manager will play a critical role in our growing regional presence, serving as a technical and organizational leader for the local team while collaborating closely with general engineering, product management, and operations.
