Senior Human Resources Business Partner, EMEA

Reports To: Chief Human Resources Officer, dotted line reporting to: Senior HR Manager, EMEA

Location: Pamplona, Spain

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), EMEA serves as a Corporate HR representative within the EMEA region and acts as a business partner to leaders and employees in the region. Reporting directly to Corporate HR Leadership in Chandler, Arizona, and working closely with the Senior HR Manager, EMEA, this role is responsible for aligning regional people strategies with Array's global business and human resources objectives.

The Senior HRBP will focus on enabling revenue growth, supporting operational execution, attracting and retaining top talent, implementing corporate HR programs including total rewards, developing organizational capability, and ensuring compliance with local employment regulations.



The successful candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to effectively partner with leaders while ensuring consistent execution of corporate HR strategies, programs, and policies across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate HR Program Execution
- Implement corporate HR programs, policies, and processes consistently across the region.
- Partner closely with Chandler-based HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Talent Development.
- Ensure alignment with corporate HR standards, governance requirements, and annual HR processes.
- Drive consistent use of integral HR processes, approval workflows, documentation standards, and governance requirements across the EMEA region.
- Support readiness and adoption for regional payroll, absence, timekeeping, and HR transformation initiatives.
- Identify data, process, and compliance gaps and partner with stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions.
