and testing for projects.Act as the lead to provide technical sales support of state-of-the-art power systems applications for real-time control systems, including sales presentations and product demonstrations.Provide advanced technical customer support and assistance per contract maintenance and warranty.Lead the creation of training materials and project documentation.Assist and guide your engineers on the delivery process and where they fit into it.Develop training for the Project Engineering group.Develop and train external partners to better ensure internal alignment at Emerson DGM.Work with your team to plan and maintain updates to tools, processes, and procedures necessary for successful conversions.Manage and respond to escalation requests from Project Teams.Troubleshoot complex problems and collaborate with technical experts in various domains.Investigate and develop approaches to solve new data transformation challenges.Per
