The role manages our property portfolio, supports the development of Planet Hubs, optimises smaller or less-used locations, and rationalises offices where we have multiple sites in one city.



It also oversees the development of a consistent global facilities model, ensuring we have the right people, partners and processes in place to support our offices and provide safe, effective and well-managed workplaces for our teams.What you will doProperty portfolio responsibilitiesManage the global property portfolio, including acquisitions, renewals, disposals, subleases, dilapidations and lease obligations, in line with the property roadmap and with support from external real estate partnersWork with the business to identify ongoing requirements, ensuring business cases for acquisitions and renewals are reviewed and approvedLead workplace projects including fit-outs, relocations, reinstatements and space optimisation, delivered to budget and business requirementsWork closely with Legal, Tax, Finance, People, IT and local leadership teams to ensure property decisions are commercially sound, operational
