Overview In this role you will lead backend architecture and develop scalable Python services with FastAPI while contributing to frontend with ReactJS. You will drive technical decisions, promote best practices, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver robust, high-performance solutions for thousands of concurrent users. The role emphasizes DevOps, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud deployments (Azure DevOps, AWS). You will work in an international setup with English proficiency required. This is a hands-on senior role shaping the tech stack and architecture.
Responsabilidades Lead backend architecture and development for performance, scalability and reliability
Develop and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI




Contribute to frontend development with ReactJS, Typescript, Vite and Tailwind
Coordinate deployments and operations with infrastructure in Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
Ensure high code quality with comprehensive testing including Playwright for end-to-end and integration tests
