AtDrees & Sommer, we are looking for a Project Construction Managerwith solid experience to lead large‑scale industrial projects in sectors such as manufacturing and product development, includingautomotive, batteries, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, life sciences, chemicals, energy, and logistics. This position plays a key role in the planning, execution,



and delivery of highly complex projects within multicultural environments governed by global standards and regulations, and it is based in Seville, Andalucia (Spain).
The idóneo candidate combines strong technical leadership, comprehensive project management capabilities, strategic vision, and exceptional communication and coordination skills across clients, stakeholders, and internal interfaces.
Responsibilities

Lead industrial projects from requirements identification, design, planning, execution, and commissioning.
Direct multidisciplinary teams, providing technical leadership and ensuring effective coordination across disciplines and external partners.
Manage projects end‑to‑end, including production processes, facilities, buildings, and technical systems.
Act as the primary point of contact for the client, organizing workshops and aligning interests among all involved parties.
