The Community Program Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing our C-level executive communities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of executive-level engagement and community management. The idóneo candidate will possess exceptional business development skills, project management & prioritisation skills, a strong ability to foster trust-based relationships at the c-level, and a passion for creating impactful peer-led experiences for our executivesmembers.
Requirements:
Community Engagement and Management:

Execute on C-level community and Gartner best practices to recruit, engage, and retain C-level executives through consistent multi-channel and multi-touch outreach.
Leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive community growth through outbound prospecting.
Foster strong relationships with community member qualified c-level executives, understanding their needs and priorities to ensure their active participation in community programs.
Facilitate peer-to-peer interactions and knowledge sharing among community members.





Program Development and Execution:

Collaborating with internal partners to develop world class agendas for community programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of community programs.
Be responsible for all client-facing aspects of in-person and virtual programs, including delivery, communicating with C-level executives, sponsors, and internal teams.
Travel to in-person programs an average of 4 times a year, serving as host or MC for in-person programs, which does include some public speaking in front of a live audience.
Managing multiple competing priorities and community programs over a calendar year.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for c-level executives community members, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional support. and ensure they receive maximum value from their participation in their community.
