Skills, knowledge, experience required: Management activities (SACM) as described in ITIL; Practical experience in creating and editing IT drawings in MS Visio; Practical experience as license manager. Duties/role:
• Creating and maintaining up to date the CMDB of CSU Torrejón in support of our
customer CAOC TJ;
• Controlling the mobile phone lines and terminals and acting as software license
manager for the CSU.
