Your Responsibilities
- On-Site Construction Management: Coordinate and supervise all construction activities within your assigned section of the large-scale construction site, ensuring compliance with schedules, quality standards and budgets.
- Team Leadership and Coordination:
Lead construction and installation teams and coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal specialists to ensure efficient collaboration.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labour, environmental, health and safety regulations, including DIN standards, and consistently monitor their implementation.
- Material and Equipment Management: Plan material requirements, coordinate deliveries and monitor the cost-effective deployment of machinery, equipment and personnel.
- Cost Calculation and Billing: Support the recording of completed work, the review of variations and the billing of construction services.
- Communication and Coordination: Maintain continuous coordination with clients, authorities, subcontractors and internal project teams to ensure smooth construction operations.
