Key Responsibilities
- Participation in origination, analysis and execution of structured financing transactions:
- Screen potential transactions;
- Performdebt capacity analysis;
- Producepitches and review relevant company information;
- Prepareall internal credit documentation.
- Strong involvement in transaction follow-up activity:
- Analyze of periodic financial information;
- Prepareinternal notes to review the performance of the Project/Company;
- Prepareall internal credit follow-up process, including rating assessment and profitability calculation.

Qualifications/Education required:
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.

Competencies required:
- Solid financing and analytical skills, including:
- Accounting principles and international accounting standards
- Valuation principles
- Financial statement consolidation
- Hard worker and team player;
- High communications skills: verbally and written;
- High learningcapacity (and willingness)

Skills and knowledge requirements:
Fluent English spoken and written (French valuable);

High proficiency on Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
