FIBTRAY® ULTRATECH SOLUTIONS Industrialization and Tech Development EngineerRole purposeTake an active role in and provide technical leadership for the industrialization of Fibtray®, working with machinery and mould manufacturers, other suppliers, and future customers and licensees to take the technology from testing and validation through to industrial-scale production.This is a highly hands-on role, involving regular time on the factory floor, test follow-up, problem-solving and the development of technical solutions.Key responsibilities1. Industrialization and commissioning• Coordinate and provide technical oversight of the industrialization of Fibtray®, including trials, machinery installation and commissioning, issue analysis and the implementation of solutions.• Support the industrialization phases of future customers and licensees, both in Spain and internationally.2. Moulds, forming dies and tooling• Lead the development, manufacture, validation and implementation of the moulds,



forming dies and tooling required for Fibtray®'s different product formats and applications.• Work directly with manufacturers and suppliers to define specifications and resolve issues throughout development and commissioning.3. Products, processes and technical data sheets• Define and maintain the technical specifications for Fibtray® products.• Carry out and coordinate the testing required to validate products and prepare their technical data sheets.• Document process parameters, tolerances, materials, quality controls and test results.4. New project development• Take an active role in and provide technical leadership for new product, material, process and machinery development projects at Fibtray®.• Evaluate and test new solutions and technologies that could improve the product or manufacturing process.5. Materials and barrier solutions• Evaluate and test different materials, liners and barrier solutions to determine their compatibility with Fibtray® technology and its various app
