Job summaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse to join CITOP (Crisis and Intervention Team for Older People) as a Clinical Lead.CITOP provides specialist assessment, intervention and support to older people experiencing mental health crisis. As part of the service, the Acute Community Service (ACS) delivers intensive community-based interventions, providing an alternative to hospital admission and supporting people to remain in their own homes wherever possible. Following recent service development and investment, CITOP now operates as a 24-hour, 7-day service and continues to evolve in response to the changing needs of our population.Building on strong foundations, we are committed to maintaining high standards of care whilst continuing to develop and enhance our service for older people, their families and carers.
