What you'll do

- Manage and execute community management activities across Farmina’s general social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Monitor social conversations, engage with followers and respond to comments using a brand-approved tone of voice.
- Foster a positive, respectful and engaging online community, ensuring consistent moderation standards and interaction quality.
- Identify optimal posting times, formats and engagement tactics based on platform dynamics and audience behavior.
- Spot opportunities to organically insert Farmina into cultural, topical and community-driven conversations aligned with brand values.
- Identify, curate and promote relevant user-generated content (UGC), including tagged and community-submitted content.
