Technical Sales Representative – Cloud Security
(Ukrainian + English) Location: Barcelona, Spain Work model: Hybrid
Urgent hiring We are looking for a Ukrainian-speaking Technical
Sales Representative to join a growing Business Development team
focused on Cloud Security. In this role, you will be the first
point of contact for businesses across EMEA, identifying new
opportunities, engaging prospects through outbound calls and
emails, and guiding them toward the right cloud security solutions.
This position is idóneo for someone who enjoys building
relationships, understanding business needs, and driving new sales
in a fast-paced environment. What you will do Execute outbound
prospecting to source and engage potential customers. Conduct daily
outbound calls and emails, including cold calling to C‑level
decision makers. Identify prospect pain points, gather technical
requirements, and match them with cloud solutions. Educate
customers on available products and guide them through the sales
process. Manage an assigned portfolio, focusing on new business and
upsell opportunities.



Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce).
Achieve quarterly KPIs and daily/weekly activity targets.
Contribute to team goals related to productivity, conversion,
pipeline, and opportunities. What we're looking for Minimum 3 years
of B2B Sales or Business Development experience in outbound IT
sales. Ukrainian C2 and English C1. BA/BS degree (technical degree
preferred). Understanding of cloud computing concepts, ideally
Google Cloud Platform. Strong business acumen and ability to
connect business needs with solutions. Comfortable working with
quotas in a phone‑based environment. Experience with CRM systems,
ideally Salesforce. Analytical mindset, self‑motivation, and
proactive attitude. Excellent communication skills for pitching and
writing proposals. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Cloud certification (desirable). B2B Cloud sales experience
