In this role, you will work in an Agile development environment, managing one and in future potentially multiple General Payroll Convergence Development teams. Each team consists of a product owner, scrum master, developers,



QA/automation engineers.
As development manager you are managing the Development team and overseeing the (technical) ecosystem(s) for which the Convergence team is developing. Working closely with Product Management, Integrations Architects and DevOps team to align and agree on technical insights and decisions to avoid technical debt or single points of failure. In your role you enable the Development team to be succesfull. You will manage your teams KPIs on code quality, innovation, agility, automation, security and resiliance.
You actively participate in stakeholder meetings to understand business needs and work as one team with your Product Management counterpart to deliver to roadmap.
You will report to the Senior Director , Global Payroll Development and will collaborate with dozens of colleagues around the globe.
