At VEGA Chargers, we specialise in designing and manufacturing fast chargers (DC) for electric vehicles. We work tirelessly to create a more sustainable present and future in mobility. To achieve this, we analyse our customers' needs and provide adaptable and scalable charging solutions for electric vehicles - from conceptualisation and design, to manufacturing and distribution.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Junior Business Developer at the start of their career to support the growth of our commercial pipeline. The role’s purpose is to identify potential leads, qualify them, and nurture existing ones, scheduling meetings for Business Developers and supporting the overall sales process.

This is a stepping stone role — an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to start a career in sales and business development. You will gain hands-on experience in prospecting, lead qualification, and market research,



with the possibility of growing into a Business Developer role in the future.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Lead Prospecting & Qualification
- Actively source and qualify potential leads through cold calling, emailing, and digital channels.
- Follow up on inbound leads generated from events, marketing, or referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and opportunities.

Pipeline Support
- Nurture and track leads in the CRM ( ).
- Schedule qualified meetings for Business Developers.
- Gradually support introductory meetings with potential clients.

Market Intelligence & Collaboration
- Collect and update information on market trends, competitors, and regulations.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure a strong commercial pipeline.

Requirements
- Recently graduated in Business, International Trade, or a related field or currently in the fin
