What you'll be doing?

- Building your own market (Benelux)
- Prospecting clients (calls, emails,



networking)
- Sourcing and qualifying IT talent
- Managing the full recruitment process
- Closing deals between candidates and clients

What we're looking for?

- Fluent Dutch + English (French or German as a big plus)
- Sales background (BD, account management, real estate, call center…)
- Strong mindset: competitive, resilient, driven
- Someone who wants more than just a job

Salary expectactation:

- Junior Recruitment Consultant (Entry-level) with €23,000 base salary and estimated first-year total compensation: €23,000-€30,000
- Recruitment Consultant (Experienced) with €25,000 base salary and estimated first
