About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Product Engineering to lead the technical vision, product strategy, and execution of a sophisticated demand-side advertising platform (DSP).
This role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Product Strategy. You’ll unify engineering, data science, analytics, business intelligence, and real-time bidding technologies into a single,



cohesive product organization while driving the evolution of a platform that powers advertiser acquisition at scale.
As a senior technology leader, you’ll work closely with commercial leadership to translate market opportunities into technical strategy and help define the next generation of advertising technology.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical and product roadmap for a large-scale demand-side advertising platform.
- Align Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Business Intelligence around a unified product vision.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary organization of approximately 20 engineers, data scientists, and analysts.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Revenue, and Sales leadership to align product priorities with market opportunities.
