OverviewAs a Tech Venturing & Innovation Sr. Analyst you will need to be at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies. You will need to develop new partnerships across the organization and with external partners to build future capabilities together for PepsiCo’s operation. You will drive the startup research, analysis & evaluations and lead the rapid pilot onboarding process.ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functionally execution of strategic tech innovation programs with departments, like HR:Streamlineworkingprocesseswith support functions such as EA(Enterprise Architecture), InfoSecurity, Legal,Finance,etc.Partner with project leaders to createproject deliverablesDevelop briefs for new technical capabilitiesEvaluate startups or other solutions usingdata-basedapproaches and drive the cross-functionalselection processLead the rapid pilot onboarding process and own vendor managementLead the startup use case research,
