DescripciónLead the Supply Chain strategy and operations across Spain and Portugal, ensuring alignment with regional and corporate objectives.Manage, develop and engage the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.Oversee planning, procurement, logistics, transportation,



inventory and service-level activities.Drive initiatives focused on cost optimisation, operational efficiency and service excellence.Manage and develop relationships with suppliers, logistics providers and other strategic partners.Define and monitor KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring achievement of operational and business objectives.Lead transformation and continuous improvement projects across the Supply Chain function.Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Finance and senior leadership teams.Ensure compliance with corporate standards, policies and procedures.Actively participate in regional initiatives and collaborate with international teams.
