Job Overview
We are currently seeking an articulate and empathetic professional for a German Speaking CX Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical and account support via phone, email, and live chat within the customer support services sector.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features to effectively resolve client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.




- Proactively identify and elevate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal departments.
- Document all interactions accurately within the CRM system to track and optimize the customer journey.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes as a key member of the German-speaking team in Sofia.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all communications adhere to the company’s premium service standards.
- Collaborate with international colleagues to share best practices and drive excellence in service delivery.
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Previous experience in customer support services or a similar client-facing role is considered an asset.
- Ability to relocate to Sofia for this permanent on-site
