About the RoleBe the front line of the student experience across Shanghai, Dubai, and Madrid, supporting students as they build real ventures in live global markets.
Responsibilities
- Run the day-to-day engine that keeps the programme seamless logistics, schedules, and cohort operations, flawlessly executed.
- Act as the go-to person for students' academic, personal,



and cultural journeys, building trust across a diverse general cohort.
- Drive vibrant community experiences through events and cultural exchange, while owning student records and communication with precision.
- Partner cross-functionally for a consistent experience across geographies, using feedback to keep students supported and set up to succeed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Development, or a related discipline.

Required Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in student experience, student affairs, residential education, programme leadership, community building, or events management.
- Strong organisational skills, managing documentation, trackers, logistics, and operational processes, while staying calm under pressure with a dynamic workload.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an understanding of the challenges international students face a
