Overview In this role you design, implement, and continuously improve SAP HCM solutions to support a growing, international team. You collaborate with process owners, partners, and IT to deliver end-to-end HCM processes in agile settings. You lead projects or workstreams when needed and coordinate external and internal stakeholders to expand SAP knowledge. This position offers meaningful impact in shaping HR technology and driving transformation toward sustainable operations.
Responsabilidades
- Design and implement SAP HCM solutions in collaboration with process owners, partners, and IT
- Drive end-to-end HCM processes across On-Premise, SuccessFactors, and SAP-Fiori in an agile environment
- Lead projects or workstreams and coordinate external implementation partners and internal stakeholders




- Continuously improve the SAP HCM solution post-implementation and expand domain knowledge

Requisitos principales
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP-HCM consultant
- Strong SAP HCM expertise (On-Premise, SuccessFactors, SAP-Fiori) including Payroll and Time Management
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of interface support and integration technologies (IDocs, SAP CPI) desirable
- Project management knowledge; practical experience advantageous
