THE CHALLENGE
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll take ownership of growing Degusta Box in the German market.

Your mission? Build relationships, win new business and grow existing partnerships with FMCG brands.

You’ll own the full commercial journey — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closing and account growth — while working closely with our teams to create campaigns that deliver real value for our clients.





You’ll be selling more than a sampling box: you’ll help brands find the right combination of sampling, research and social media to achieve their marketing goals.

In short: you’ll own the growth of your market.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with FMCG and Food & Beverage brands.
- Develop your own pipeline and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage your sales pipeline effectively through Pipedrive.
- Understand client challenges and turn them into consultative, tailored solutions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our services.
- Work closely with Operations to deliver successful campaigns.
- Attend food fairs, exhibitions and client meetings across Europe.
- Help strengthen and grow the Degusta Box brand in Germany.
- Take ownership of your targets, accounts and market.
