Задачи:
- Partner directly with hiring managers across technical teams to understand hiring priorities, define role requirements, challenge assumptions, and shape effective search strategies
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through screening, interview process management, feedback, offer support, and closing
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines across Engineering, AI, Data Science, Product, Cloud, Security, DevOps, and other technical domains
- Identify, approach, and engage high-quality passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, market mapping, niche communities, and direct outreach
- Act as a strong ambassador for Biorce, ensuring every candidate has a professional, thoughtful,



and engaging experience from first contact to offer
- Keep pipelines structured and ATS data accurate
- Track hiring activity, identify bottlenecks, and use data to provide clear updates and improve hiring outcomes
- Build an understanding of technical talent markets, competitor companies, candidate motivations, and sourcing channels to help Biorce compete for the best people
- Contribute ideas to improve the recruiting process, interview experience, sourcing strategy, candidate communication, and employer brand

Требования:
- Proven full-cycle recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, with strong exposure to technical hiring
- Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product Engineering, Cloud, Security, DevOps, or similar technical functions
- Strong hands-on sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive candidate outre
