Graduate Commercial Inside Account Executive with Norwegian Description – Please note, this is a general listing and may not have an immediate opening. The Graduate Commercial Inside Account Executive is responsible for owning the end-to-end account strategy and sales engagement for medium business accounts. This role involves developing relationships with acquisition opportunities, managing account strategies, and ensuring efficient business processes. The Inside Account Executive will work closely with specialized inside resources to grow the account.
Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the end-to-end account strategy.
Expand share-of-wallet (SoW) by developing/closing opportunities with acquisition (new logos), retention, & development mid-sized accounts.
Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account.
Maintain and execute comprehensive account strategies.
Identify & Connect customer strategy,



key initiatives & HP offering to build outcome-based sales and substantiate business case aligned to customer key initiatives.
Engage with executives and build customer relationships.
Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention.
Coordinate with various internal departments to align resources with client needs.
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree acquired within the past 12 months
Fluent Norwegian is required.
A good command of English is required.
Up to 2 years of work experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
Understanding of sales processes and strategies.
Knowledge & Skills

Strategic account leadership and the ability to act as the "account lead."
Collaboration skills and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
Expertise in outcome‑based selling and crafting value propositions.
Proficiency in digital and remote selling.
Ability to manage complexity and drive portfolio‑based outcomes.
