Bleed Green.The Advocate Group are proud to be exclusively partnering with Monster Energy as the brand continues its next wave of growth across Spain.This is a role for someone who wants to make an impact.You’ll take ownership across your region, developing new business, building relationships with key customers and working closely with Monster’s Regional Sales Managers, Trade Development Managers and CCEP to drive growth and execution in the market.From independent retail chains and petrol groups through to HORECA customers and distributors, you’ll be responsible for opening doors, influencing customers and making sure Monster wins across your region.The roleYou’ll combine being out in the market with genuine commercial responsibility – identifying new opportunities, developing customers and supporting the wider field sales team to deliver.Winning and developing new independent retail chains,



HORECA groups and petrol customersIncreasing distribution and securing the right Monster SKUs across customer groupsBuilding strong relationships with customers, distributors and CCEP teamsImplementing and activating trade promotions across chains and groupsNegotiating promotional activity, cold equipment and increased brand visibilityDriving POS, merchandising and standout execution across customer groupsWorking alongside distributor teams to identify and unlock new opportunitiesSupporting Regional Sales Managers with field visits, KPI checks and regional performanceFeeding back high-quality market insight and identifying opportunities for growthTaking ownership of activity and performance across your regionIt’s a field-based commercial role where you’ll need to be equally comfortable developing a new customer relationship, influencing distributor teams and getting out into the market to make sure execution happens.You’ll bring:Sales experience is important, with FMCG or drinks experience a
