We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Congress Unit in Barcelona, focusing on the management of international housing congresses across Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, from initial client request through execution and financial closure. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams across Europe to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating operational activities, and supporting business growth within the congress housing segment. Responsibilities * Managing housing congress projects from acquisition to delivery * Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle * Coordinating operational aspects of congress execution * Selecting and negotiating with suppliers and partners * Collaborating with international congress teams across Europe * Supporting business development and sales initiatives * Ensuring accurate financial management, invoicing, and reporting * Maintaining strong relationships with convention bureaus and congress centers Qualifications * Degree or relevant education in Tourism, Events, or Congress Management * Proven experience in congress, events, or PCO (Professional Congress Organizer) environments * Strong knowledge of the congress and association industry * Hands‑on experience with EventsAir (mandatory or highly valued) * Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel * Experience working with front-office or back-office systems * Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment * Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills * Fluent in English (mandatory) and at least one additional European language
