exhibitions, demos) * Maintain accurate forecasting, and regular reporting to management Basic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline * 8+ years in industrial / technical B2B sales * 3+ years in a senior sales, product, or business development role * Proven experience with capital equipment and industrial customers * Experience managing key accounts, and distribution channels Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements travel frequently within Vietnam Key Competencies * Strong leadership, negotiation, and account management skills * Solid technical understanding of industrial equipment and applications * Strategic and analytical mindset with hands on execution capability * Comfortable working in a multinational, KPI driven environment * Proficient in MS Office * Languages: o Vietnamese – native o English - business and technical proficiency
