We are currently looking for a passionate professional to fill the Dutch Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. This role is a unique opportunity to join the dynamic Fitness & Wellness industry, where you will provide expert guidance to customers helping them track their health and achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality technical and product support for Fitbit wearable devices in Dutch.
- Assist users with device synchronization, firmware updates,



and application troubleshooting within the Fitness & Wellness ecosystem.
- Educate customers on the features of their devices to promote a healthier, more active lifestyle.
- Document user queries efficiently and maintain accurate records within our customer experience platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in wearable fitness technology to provide precise product recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve the overall user experience.
- Contribute to the positive brand reputation of our client by delivering empathy-driven, professional support.
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
